Mark Bryant
Founder
Mark is the founder of Touch Point Telecoms and has worked in the telecoms industry for two decades, seeing huge transitions, changes and product offerings. He has thrived in the operational and analytical side of telecoms most of his career, earning a deep understanding of customer needs and how best to implement and maintain the solutions needed for the customer to achieve their goals.
After many years working with big name telecoms firms, Mark realised he could to offer something different, something better for business's wanting to improve their communication. And so, Touch Point Telecoms was born and Mark created a one stop shop for those looking to create an effective communication strategy for their business. By combining technology, great service and ROI, Touch Point is in a unique position of giving customers what they need not only now, but also in the future.
FUN FACT: Mark is a weightlifter and has competed in Strongest Man events. Although he has retired his weights, Mark is still a keen sportsman and a legend at card games.
James Young
Director of Sales & Marketing
James is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy for Touch Point Telecoms and is looking to grow the business by delivering exceptional levels of service and building long standing relationships with customers.
James comes from a background of enterprise technology companies, with a need to grow quickly. After being part of growing and successfully integrating two technology companies with a new owner, James turned his attention to telecoms, becoming an expert in a broad range of products and services.
James’s key view is that Touch Point is seen as the go-to communication solution provider that brings to life your communication strategy that delivers futureproof results by offering world class products and high-quality service.
FUN FACTS: James is an avid cricketer both playing, scoring, and umpiring. When not at the crease, he can be found walking his beloved dog, Samson.
